Position 1: Customer Support Representative
Location: Remote/Onsite
Monthly Salary: Attractive
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls from customers and provide professional support.
- Handle complaints and escalate issues where necessary.
- Monitor the EaseData platform and update data, airtime prices, payments, and utility bills in real-time.
- Manage the company’s blog at blog.easedata.com.ng — write and upload posts, monitor updates.
- Use virtual tools and online platforms effectively.
Requirements:
- Male applicants preferred
- Must have a BSc, HND, or OND
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Familiar with customer service tools, internet platforms, and basic content management
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Position 2: POS Sales Agent
Location: In-shop (Physical location)- Uyo, Akwaibom
Monthly Salary: ₦40,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Run and manage a physical POS business/shop
- Perform financial transactions efficiently and securely
- Keep accurate sales and transaction records
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a tidy POS outlet
Requirements:
- Male applicants only
- Must have a BSc, HND, or OND
- Must be trustworthy, organized, and sales-driven
- Knowledge of financial or retail services is a plus
